EVENT #1 - FARM TOUR
November 7, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
The participants visited two dairy farms. Each stop included sessions to specifically discuss sustainability on-farm as well as nutritional sustainability.

EVENT #2 - WINE AND CHEESE
November 7, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
In the evening, participants gathered at the Château Laurier to network and chat over some Canadian wine, cheese and beef, graciously sponsored by Canada Beef.

EVENT #3 - SYMPOSIUM
November 8, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
The full-day program included presentations from Canadian dairy farmers, a retailer, a processor, and other stakeholders, as well as a round-table discussion on sustainable growth of the industry in the future.
