We are efficient!

Buying quota is a long-term investment. Gordon Ritchie, in an October article, argues – like a number of other critics - that dairy farmers receive lucrative pricing for milk causing consumers to pay too much. In Canada, dairy, poultry and egg farmers don't look for government handouts, aid, or other programs to subsidize or offset costs that are beyond our control. The same cannot always be said for other farmers or countries.
